These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NeksusTeam website and any services you engage us for. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
NeksusTeam provides web development, marketing, and design services. Scope, deliverables, and pricing for any project are agreed upon separately in a proposal or contract before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined per project in your proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, work will not begin or be delivered without an agreed deposit or payment plan.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. NeksusTeam retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions
The number of included revisions will be defined per project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
NeksusTeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
